Open to both those who have never done Playfight before and experienced Playfighters.

Experience the therapeutic benefits of Playfight. In fact behind every struggle, lies a conflict, often unconscious. Payfight becomes a safe container to connect and transform these conflicts in an embodied way and create meaningful intimacy.

Playfight is not a martial art, not about winning or losing or fighting techniques. It transcends all of this and goes to the very core. Who am I, and how do I relate to the other?

Just two humans, surrounded by the safety belt of a circle of peers, encounter each other using strength, respect and care for themselves and the other.
It is a way to learn to fight for something instead of against something.

A way to reconnect with your childlike, and innocent feelings.

A way to meet other humans and build strong bondings, and mutual support.

This lineage of bodywork is a unique body practice aimed at knowing more about ourselves, our strengths, our inner power, and how to use it consciously in relationships with others.

THE FOCUS FOR THIS DEEP DIVE WILL BE THE INTIMATE DEPTHS.

We highly recommend joining the full journey as we will work more in-depth on Sunday, but you can choose! The schedule’s details are shared in the registration form. The schedule is not fixed and it might change slightly based on the needs of the participants.

THE VENUE

The deep dive will take place in a small village in the middle of the Mountains, in the direction of Monte Rosa.
We will be surrounded by a forest, rivers and the typically quiet and grounded energy of the mountains.
Reachable easily by car and by public transportation.
