By paying this deposit you reserve your place for the event you choose.
If you plan to join more than one event please select each one. Each event requires a dedicated deposit.

**Please note, if you have a referral or discount code, please quote this in the registration form.
Event discounts are deducted from the total cost of the event, which is paid in full about a month before the event begins.
All deposits must be paid in full.**

Cancellation policy

If the participant cancels:
- 30 days or more in advance of the event date the booking fee is converted into a 190€ voucher valid for 15 months.
- During the month before the event, 50€ is retained + 190€ voucher valid for 15 months.
- Less than 7 days before the event, the whole deposit is retained and no voucher is issued.

If Playfight cancels the event:
- We offer you a 250€ voucher valid for 15 months (190€ deposit + 60€ bonus for the inconvenience)
or
- We offer you a full reimbursement (190€) via bank transfer.
 
Please note: We are unable to reimburse you for any travel expenses, so please hold off on booking your travel until we confirm the event is going ahead.
